FO:: feather & fan stroller blanket

I was just trolling through my drafts and realized I never posted the FO for this project. Most of the details are now lost in the wastelands of the back of my mind since I worked on this sometime in early 2008.

I was having some fun with the photo shoot.



Pattern :: Organic Baby Wrapper :: here ::
Yarn: Vermont Organic Fiber Company O-Wool Balance (4 skeins)
Colour: Yellow
Needles: US #7

Comments: I didn't check my gauge so the blanket ended up a little a narrower than I would have liked. I would have otherwise added more pattern repeats to make it wider and longer. The yarn also had a lot of vegetable matter in it, so I was constantly picking out prickly bits while I was knitting with it. Is that what they mean by "organic"?

Alexander is now around 8mths old and well on his way to becoming the most beautiful baby boy on the planet. If he can figure out how to get out of this seat, that is.

Careful when you embiggen this picture. His eyelashes might reach out and poke you in the eyes.
